Fabulous time

Had a fabulous time, the staff were excellent so accommodating and polite, food was very good and rooms were a little dated, particularly the bathroom but was clean. Lots of sun loungers and great pool bar

Wow!

We only stayed here for 2 nights but we wish we had stayed longer. There are so many different food options that we loved everything one. The beach was great . We never felt any pressure from the stuff to tip. Best thing of all is that they really look after the cats. This is why I would really recommend this hotel to everybody. The only small downside is at the WI. Fi. Wasn't always good in our room but we were the furthest from reception.

The property is very small but everything you need. The staff are lovely especially reception who act immediately if you have any issues. Our shower door didn't open properly. Called reception and they came and fixed it within 10 minutes. The animation team are excellent. They have professional shows come in every night and we really enjoy them. The food is very good especially the fresh pizzas made by the bar every day. The only thing is you have to be up early to put towels on the sunbeds.

Expedia for some reason quoted the price for 85 when I was checking out it was 116 USD! So vheck the price carefully before you book! The hotel itself was a bit old considering it is key accessed, the rooms are a bit old in terms of doors and furniture, yet the balcony on the pool is nice and the food is good. I had a good time snorkeling in the Arabia side accessible from the hitel! Make sure to bring your snorkeling gear if you like snorkeling or you can buy one from the store there for 15 USD! Had a good experience in general! My friend lost her towl key and was charged 15 USD, make sure not to lose your towel key!

Enjoyed my stay!

I enjoyed everything. The staff was great-front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, entertainers, etc. The room was clean & the balcony is perfect with a clothes line to dry wet swimsuits. The food was great-there was so much variety at every meal. The entertainment staff were so talented. The water aerobics instructor was great!

Adults only, pretty much means you will be staying in a retirement community. Would not recommend if you are under the age of 40. The food was kind of bland, we opted to eat off the resort many times. However, Staff was very nice, resort was clean. Sister Hotel Arabia has access to the beach and you are in a decent location. They have Uber here so it is very easy to get around.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Bel Air Azur in Hurghada! The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. Egyptian hospitality at its finest! The hotel is also connected to a beautiful beach, complete with hammocks and comfortable beds, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene atmosphere. I ended up adding a couple more days to my stay as it was truly relaxing. The security team made us feel extremely safe and were so protective of us as girls traveling. Their presence was reassuring and added an extra layer of comfort to our stay. A huge thank you to all the staff for their warm service. I’m already looking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hurghada!

The hotel is published as a 4* while the truth is 3* & they’re hiding the sign behind a statue in reception so nobody can notice the deceiving but what they can’t hide is the hotel conditions that say exactly it’s a 3* hotel if not less. Swimming pool is very dirty & in a very bad & disgusting condition and need a serious renovation. Rocky beach & very small, while it’s allowed to use the sister neighbor hotel beach but you won’t be served. Animation can’t be seen except for few times to switch on music in the morning & just evening show then nothing but it can be understood while almost 90% of the guest are very old people. Meals are almost the same. Staff in bars & restaurants look annoyed or angry when you go to ask for something while they have a wide smile for foreigners or girls. Rooms need serious renovation.

O hotel é OK. Um bom custo/benefício. A comida estava boa. O quarto é bom e limpo. Cama boa. A área de piscina é agradável e a área à beira do mar é boa com a vista maravilhosa do mar vermelho. Não foi possível obter um late check-out. Informaram que o hotel estava cheio. Sinceramente, não parecia nada cheio. Mas foram gentis, permitiram a permanência no hotel após o check-out e concederam um quarto para tomar um banho. Não gostamos do atendimento e do acesso às bebidas. Os refrigerantes não estão a disposição. E no jantar, você depende dos garçons para beber qualquer coisa, mas eles não estão dispostos a atender qualquer um. Me parece que eles tem uma filosofia de primeiro receber uma gorjeta e depois prestar o serviço. Eles não se preocupam em prestar um bom serviço primeiro e depois receber a gorjeta. São seletivos. Por diversas vezes fui ignorado pelos garçons. Isso realmente nos desagradou. Parece um hotel voltado para pessoas mais idosas. A piscina é boa parte das atividades são encerradas às 17:00. Fomos jogar sinuca no salão de jogos. Estava abandonado. Sem ventilação, sem banheiro, sem comida ou bebida. Muito cheiro de mofo e muita sujeira. Lamentável.

Il Bel Air Azur è un resort all-inclusive ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax in un'atmosfera "Adults Only". L'animazione, nonostante fosse ripetitiva, è discreta e non invadente, un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Ci sono, però, un paio di punti che andrebbero migliorati. La cena a bordo piscina costringe a chiudere l'area già nel tardo pomeriggio, limitandone l'utilizzo. Mentre il servizio in sala dei camerieri è a tratti fin troppo zelante, con i camerieri che portano via i piatti a una velocità eccessiva, parecchie volte prima che tu abbia ingoiato l'ultimo boccone. Per quanto riguarda il mare, la zona dedicata al resort non ha una spiaggia con la riva, ma un accesso diretto su scogli tramite una scaletta. È comunque possibile utilizzare la spiaggia del resort adiacente, anche se questo compromette l'ambiente "Adults Only". Un punto di forza eccezionale è stato il servizio medico interno al resort: purtroppo ho avuto bisogno di assistenza e il dottore si è dimostrato estremamente competente e disponibile, seguendomi anche nei giorni successivi tramite WhatsApp. In sintesi, l'hotel è un'ottima scelta per chi cerca una vacanza rilassante e tranquilla, ma è bene tenere a mente questi piccoli aspetti.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner und gelungener Urlaub. Nach acht Tagen möchte man vom Essen her auch was anderes ab und an haben. Bei den Getränken ist es auch begrenzt, was einem schmeckt aber das liegt wahrscheinlich an dem täglichen Standard zu Hause in Deutschland

Hôtel de voleurs

Le pire hôtel que j’ai pu faire , nous nous sommes fait voler des affaires par le personnel de nettoyage … malhonnête c’est une honte et la direction de l’hôtel ne propose aucunes solutions malgré que le vole soit constatés par les caméras de surveillance . Chambre vieillissante , pas d’ascenseur Personnels de l’hôtel réclame sans arrêts de l’argent. De ce qui est du buffet , immangeable et et personnels nous débarrasse alors que nous n’avons pas fini afin de nous faire partir le plus rapidement possible Un conseil à fuir !!!
