However, once you get the hang of it, it’s fairly easy to navigate. Hotel staff were all very nice, helpful, and professional. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Fontaine. The hotel is new and very very clean. Hospitality staff were totally attentive and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Osaka."

"Everything was pretty self served. One downside every night usually there is a bit of a line up at the lobby to take the elevator back to the room. Also if you needed any type of luggage service in the morning better go early or else there is also a big lineup to get helped."

"This hotel and staff are exceptional. Arrive to check in and there are multiple staff to help. There is a cart with cleansers, hair brushes, shavers etc if you have forgotten anything. Check in is smooth, room is clean, quiet and spacious. Family Mart and Lawson right across the road, 5 minute walk to Osaka Station and the Metro. On check out, they have a luggage delivery service to the next hotel which I would highly recommend. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. "
