Nice apartment in a very nice neighborhood. Lots of amenities. Washer/dryer 2-in-1. Kitchenette with cooking utensils. Refrigerator and separate freezer. Shower area with tub you can soak in. Lots of nice little touches that show how much they care about your stay. Mr Dar, who checked me in, was very helpful and friendly. He is from Kashmir and spoke quite good English. Hotel is brand new as of 10/25/2026 our stay was perfect. Front desk was nice. An extra towel which is rare for japan. Paper towels. Plenty of space. Great location. Perfect for central location and not too far from going to Universal Studios. Best hotel of our Japan trip. Will likely just book this brand for all hotels when we come back.

Clean room good area and helpful staff

This hotel was our most comfortable hotel out of the 5 hotels we stayed at in Japan! For our family of 4 (2 teens) it just fit us perfectly with the 2 extra bunk beds, kitchen, separate toilet room, dining area… highly recommend for those staying in Osaka!

Staff were nice and provided food recommendations near by. Property was located in a quiet area, except that it is next to a fire department, so from time to time you'll hear the alarm from the trucks, but it's only for a short period of time. Located near the Shinsaibashi Station (on the Midosuji Line), once off the train, it is a decent walk within the underground shopping (Crystal) malls; google maps has 9 mins (500m), but I typically can get to the hotel within 9 mins. I stayed here and got 2 rooms for my family. The rooms were very clean and had great amenities. Staff was great and welcoming. Being about 10 minutes walk from Namba was very convenient and there were multiple Family Mart and 7/11s nearby

Stay was great! We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids and there was enough space in our room for a comfortable stay. Hotel is 2 blocks from a main avenue with a lot of dinning options. The hotel doesn't ship luggage, only receives and storages them, however, there's a 7-11 a block from the hotel to ship luggage. Rooms were clean and everything was as expected.
