"Check in and out was a breeze. Room was very small for me to open my bag but clean. Location is great as its beside the subway and 711 is also a walking distance. Sensoji Temple and kimono rental is just a few minutes away. During the day the area is very busy while at night the area is dead as there are no restaurants close by. Aregatou gozaimasu! "

"Staff were awesome! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Very polite and even though we couldn’t speak Japanese, we were able to communicate with them. The room was clean and we liked the laundry facility, just wish there were more washers. Also wish there was the washer/dryer status available on the tv so we could tell when it became available instead of going back and forth to check. Overall great hotel. Lots of shopping and food options. We always stay here when we’re in Tokyo. "
