"Friendly staff, cool place, excellent location"

"We enjoyed our stay at Tosei Hotel Cocoon Asakusa. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Asakusa subway station which was very convenient for getting around Tokyo. The room was tiny, but the price was very affordable. They provide water bottles, free bath salts and other toiletries, and free coffee and tea in the lobby (certain times only). The staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is clean and quiet and we slept well."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations for the room size. Our room could easily accommodate four pieces of luggage. I didn’t know the hotel provided free room service, and this is very convenient when you are going out every day and coming back to the hotel with shopping. I don’t think they served breakfast, but they have a café literally next door. The wifi was high-speed, you could also spend the night working if you’re remote. They supply you with water every day and clean towels. The temple is literally 5 minutes from the hotel, and Asakusa Station is 10 minutes away. The only thing that was a bit challenging was the laundry room, there’s only 3 machines, and it takes about 1-3 hours for a cycle to complete (wash and dry in the same machine), luckily, there’s a laundry mat open 24 hours about 2 blocks away, so it wasn’t much of a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would book again on my next visit."

"The room is really clean and the staff are respectful. The only minor issue we had is the common laundry which only has 2 machines so people are cramming to do their laundry in the morning. I wish they have at least 2 more washing machines to accommodate the volume. But overall, our experience was really great!"

"We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment which was huge for Tokyo. Suited us well for our week in Tokyo. They dont have staff at reception instead it's done via virtual reception which worked fine. Hopefully we'll stay again"

"Staff members were exceptional. They bend over backwards to help me in resolving my flight booking. This hotel prides on outstanding customer service that is not easily available in today’s world. Location is unbeatable. Get out of the hotel turn right, walk about less than a minute ichiran ramen and 7-eleven are there for good eating, add another 20 seconds Asakusa train station is available for access to anywhere in Tokyo. Senso-ji temple is less than 5 minutes away. Breakfast is ample for different taste buds and the room is in good size with excellent soundproofing. Will for sure stay here again in the future.
