Great location. Staff helped me with luggage forwarding which I was nervous about since it was my first time. Close to Kappabashi shopping and tons of shopping. Quiet area. Definitely family friendly. Smoke room was decent. Beds had space underneath for checked luggage so the room wasn’t crammed at all. Breakfast was really good! I loved the congee every morning. Awesome variety. I was a bit skeptical about the toilet being separate from the shower and the sink but there are blinds you roll down for privacy in that area in case you’re not travelling with a partner which was my case. I’d stay here again.
Large room for Japanese hotels, very clean hotel and friendly staff. Great location in Asakusa, 5 min walk to Senso-Ji tempel and Hoppy straat. Would definitely book again.
We enjoyed our stay at the B Asakusa. The hotel was very convenient to the train stations, great restaurants and kombini’s. The pillows were soo comfortable, however, the bed was very firm which may be your preference. Overall, I would stay here again.
Great value for money. We booked a room for four people (two adults and two kids) and it’s doable that way but not necessarily recommended. Price via Expedia was very affordable for same-day booking so we expanded and got a second room for a couple of nights there. Nice breakfast service - really enjoyed that. The breakfast area is a lounge the rest of the day so my family came back once or twice to play card games there while we rested from sightseeing. Is a slight hike from the subway station but very close to Asakusa shops and temple area. We ended up spending more time around there than planned. Room TV had streaming service login option which was nice in the evening (bc Japanese broadcast tv is not our preference).
We really enjoyed our stay here. To start with the service, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities were appreciated and the coffee machine makes some delicious coffee. The room was clean (a few skid marks on the walls from suitcases), but the bed was a little hard. We had a lovely view of the street. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with so many options to choose from, my 8 year old picky eater had a lot of options to fuel each day. This is also a very convenient location with so much to do around the hotel, delicious restaurants and so much to see.
I booked the room for 4 people — 1 adult and 3 children — but the hotel provided only 2 single beds. It was very difficult for 4 people to sleep comfortably in that room, and some of us ended up sleeping on the floor. I asked the hotel for another room, but they refused to provide one.
Other than this issue, the hotel itself was good, and the location was excellent.
Rooms are typical Japanese-very small. But room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was not the great but the coffee in the lobby was good.
Great location but so quiet.
The bed was not spotless but the location was nice, the room was mostly clean, staff were nice, and the amenities were awesome. I loved the complimentary tea
