There is an onsen, hot spring pools, on site to soak in. They have a great and friendly staff who were very helpful in many ways. The property is close to world class ski resorts and there are convenient transportation options to get around the area. I would recommend this hotel to those who love the outdoors and would appreciate an immersive Japanese experience."
