"We love this hotel and recognize the care and effort that went into caring for the property as well as maintaining a nice clean atmosphere. Attention given for providing extra items for rental or personal use was a nice touch. The shuttle that travels back-and-forth between the bus station was also helpful. We had some minor issues with the facilities. The lounge does not open till 4 PM and when the weather is inclement or rainy, it would be nice to have that location available. They also have...

Top Kusatsu Nettaiken Hotel Reviews

Urakusatsu Tou

10/10 Excellent

"Great hotel, with very attentive staff, especially in the restaurant. The restaurant staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself very clean and comfortable."

Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Sakurai

10/10 Excellent

"The food is delicious and very varied. And the onsen bath was fantastic. They have access to a spring that makes your skin feel soft like cotton. Truly a lovely experience"

Oyado Konoha Kyoritsu Resorts

10/10 Excellent

"We had an absolutely amazing time here with my parents. I would love to come back. I’ve been to other Japanese hot springs/ryokan and this was the best one!"

Kanemidori

10/10 Excellent

"A very traditional Japanese hotel with thorough service, we had a very nice stay. Staff took care of swapping out the futon, alongside bus services to various parts of Kusatsu. The onsen was well maintained and also tattoo friendly!"

Hanaingen

10/10 Excellent

"What an amazing place this is. As soon as you check in you're given a welcome matcha tea and sweet treats. The dining area has free flavoured water and hot drinks 247 and the breakfast was so tasty. They even catered for vegetarians. The room was gorgeous. Tatami mats covered the floor with a beautiful seating area with tea and a kettle for you to use in the room. The beds were extremely comfy and the only negative I have about this place is that the duvets were so thick and fluffy. I'm just glad it wasn't really hot weather. The Onsen baths were amazing. 4 separate shapes, all supposedly offering a different dream to come true. All toiletries were supplied, as were pajamas. I can't rate this place highly enough. I felt very welcomed and cared for. I just wish I could have stayed longer."

La Vista Kusatsu Hills

8/10 Good

"The hotel is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and are quite big and well laid out. The views are ok, not extraordinary. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we still could not see any mountains but only roof tops of other surrounding buildings. There is free food and snacks available but only for a limited time. The dinner and breakfast was good but not great. The onsens are the highlight of this property."

KAMENOI HOTEL KUSATSU YUBATAKE

8/10 Good

"Rooms are plain but clean. Excellent buffet food value. Nice common facilities."

Rakuten STAY VILLA Kusatsu Onsen

10/10 Excellent

"Great venue and facilities."

Kusatsu Onsen Hotel Village

8/10 Good

"The property offered a wide range of activities. Like the hotel, but I feel if it weren’t for the dated rooms I would have given them a 5 stars."
