「Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed! Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked with helpful staff. Pool area were nice and the lower sundeck away from the pool was lovely with big double sunbeds and very quiet. Great location as 5 min walk from old town and shopping area with Zara etc Would definitely stay here again. Only slight disappointment was the evening meal options but didn’t affect us as we preferred to eat out but tried it once as had half board but wasn’t very good.」

「Staff lovely room clean and comfortable. The quiet setting close to beach & restaurants is perfect. Stayed in an XL the palm trees outside restricted the sun a little but if the dead branches were trimmed this would not be a problem. Will return 」

「Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!」

「夜到着して4泊しました。 毎日7時頃から朝食がいただけます。朝大した店がやってもないし物価も高いので大変助かりました。また、車あればどこに行くにも地理的には便利かと思います。駐車場は夜から朝8時までならすぐ脇の道路に駐車可能、そうでなければ少し遠いところになります。週末は飲食店が軒並み閉まって食事に困るでしょう。セーフティBOXはフロントにありますのでやや不便。」

I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service. 」
