「スタッフの笑顔、一部のスタッフのサービスの良さは素晴らしいです。一方で滞在期間中に、部屋にあるべき備品がそろっていない、人数分の備品がないということが多すぎました。インターネットアクセスはつながるだけましなのかもしれませんが、夜間はほとんどつながらず、送信したはずのメールも実は届いていないということが旅行後わかるなど、当てになりませんでした。食事は満足できますが朝食がありきたり、毎日ほぼ同じメニューでちょっと飽きました。場所柄仕方ないのかもしれませんが、高級リゾートとしては下だと思います。改善してくれたらいいと思う点はたくさんあります。そこそこのバケーションで特に期待しないのであれば快適ですが、ハイクラスのリゾート慣れしている方にはがっかりかもしれません。」

「全体的には素晴らしい滞在でした。強いて言えば、カードキーが安定しなかったのと、後半部屋のwifiもひどく不安定でした。直前で申し込んでいただいたexcursionも素晴らしかったし、上記2点を除けば大満足の旅でした！」

「目の前がビーチでとても見晴らしが良いです！屋上からは写真スポットもありそのからの眺めも最高です！景色を眺めながら歩いて15分くらいでステキなボート風景（セサルマンリケ通り）も楽しめます。ホテルからセサルマンリケ通りまで夜の20時前頃に通りましたが観光客が歩いていて外灯も明るく治安は問題なかったです。 1月終わりの時期は昼間は日光がさすととても暑く、日が陰ると少し肌寒く、夜になるととても冷えました。夜はタンクトップと薄手の長袖パーカーだととても寒かったです。お土産は空港でも買えますがポストカードは私が探した限り見つかりませんでした。ホテルのフロント前で売っていたランザローテ島のマグネット3€がタイル調のものでとても可愛いです！ホテルに一泊して朝にチップを置き忘れたら、ハンドタオルとバスマットが置かれてありませんでした。たまたまかもしれませんが、連泊する際はチップを置いた方が良いかもしれません。」

「Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening. 」

「Family trip, hotel offers many amenities, always something to do, great fitness center, olimpic pool. Yoga, cycling inside pool, water polo, all sorts. Animation team at night was amazing, guys really did keep kids entertained. The island also offers great touristy attractions to see.. 」

「夜到着して4泊しました。毎日7時頃から朝食がいただけます。朝大した店がやってもないし物価も高いので大変助かりました。また、車あればどこに行くにも地理的には便利かと思います。駐車場は夜から朝8時までならすぐ脇の道路に駐車可能、そうでなければ少し遠いところになります。週末は飲食店が軒並み閉まって食事に困るでしょう。セーフティBOXはフロントにありますのでやや不便。」

Bought Preferred Club and had plenty of options. Massive choice of food plenty of entertainment. If you are looking for something wow that's the place to go. 」

「Unfortunately we only got to stay one night but during our short stay we found the room beautiful, large bedroom, separate seating/tv lining area, fabulous bathroom and lovely outdoor patio area. The hotel has direct access to the beach. Everywhere was spotless and staff at reception was very efficient and helpful. Would definitely stay again and hopefully for a longer visit. 」

「Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean and in order. There's two pools, with the one closer to reception being considerably warmer than the other and being where most of the hotels activities took place. Had booked this up quite late, so really wasn't expecting much, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely book up here again.」

「It is very clean, the staff are super helpful and you can walk to everything you need. They don't do room service but you can get food like pizza across the street late. I could have done with a couple more pillows but it's fine. The balconies all look over the sea and the air-conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were lovely and soft. Blackout blinds great. Didn't eat there. 」

"チェックインの時間より早く着いたのですが、スタッフさんがとても優しく共有スペースのソファーで休んでいてもいいよと促してくれました。共有キッチンでお茶やコーヒーを飲めることを教えてくれたり、こちらが何も言わなくてもWi-Fiパスワードを渡してくれたりと、至れり尽くせりで、おかげさまでチェックインの時間までゆっくりくつろいで待つことができました。部屋はダブルのバス付きをシングルユースで選びました。コンパクトなお部屋ですが、3階だったので眺めのいい共有バルコニーがあって居心地が良かったです。クローゼットにハンガーがたくさんあったので洗濯ものを干す時助かりました。小さな宿ですが、スタッフさんは皆優しくて感じが良く、特に女性スタッフさんは私の名前をすぐに覚えてくれて呼んで下さったことが嬉しかったです。アットホームで気楽な宿なのでエレベーターがないとか、防音とか細かいことが気になる人にはおすすめしません。私にとっては、立地も値段も雰囲気も良く楽しい滞在でした。"
