Great time had. Their greatest asset is their staff. All warm and welcoming. Couldn’t do enough for you. Remembered me and my drink preference from a year ago! Don’t know how to they do it. Food options were more limited this time. But more space for more guests. Still excellent food though. Room was lovely. Very comfortable beds and spacious. Grounds very clean. Very clean through out. Towels seemed to be changed every day. Chocolate on pillow at night was nice. Will be returning a few times next year. Can’t wait!

All aspects of the hotel - the room, communal areas, the pools, the entertainment, the staff and the food were outstanding. Superb in catering for gluten free dietary requirements. An amazing holiday, we will definitely be back.

Large hotel in extensive grounds

Large extensive hotel but surprisingly quiet, even in half term week. Food was excellent, Plenty of choices, buffet style, cold food indoors- hot food outside.

Nice setting close to airport. Four star buffet with few options for vegans and slightly better for vegetarians. Rooms now dated and ripe for refurbishment - many communal spaces (bar, restaurant, show bar, pools) already updated and look great. Selection of bars / restaurants in immediate area including gift shops selling the usual tack. Well maintained promenade / cycle lanes running east towards airport and west towards Puerto del Carmen.

7th time staying at this hotel. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond, nothing is to much trouble. Food is fantastic and varied yes the restaurant does get busy but your on holiday so no rush. Rooms slightly dated but spotlessly clean.

The ideal holiday hotel

Fabulous holiday at this beautiful hotel. We stayed all inclusive and it was great This hotel is spotlessly clean, a great variety of all foods. Literally situated close to the beach. There are loads of sun loungers & towels available. The Director & her staff are so friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Big and beautiful hotel

Food quality up with the best, food choices probably the best in the resort. Bed comfortable and free water! Not standard by any means in other hotels. Lovely gardens and warm pools. All this at a price though, sunbeds can be a challenge , and our suite was £300 a night.

Fantastic!

Our first time in Lanzarote. Hotel was all we could have wished for and more. Lovely room with balcony. Staff so friendly and eager to please. Food was amazing with lots of choices. In house entertainment every evening. Would definitely stay again.

Very good week with two Kids. Staff outstanding, room excellent, swimming Pools mainly for Kids but beach close by. High-quality buffet with incredible logistics but of course self-service. Lovely garden, high maintenance and high quality ressort.

Amazing came 7 years ago for a special birthday and fell in love with the place. Been back for 3 visits since but other places as well. Still top of our list for an All Incusive. Perfect in every way and food top notch so much choice of quality items. Need a good look around at the food stations so you don't miss your favourite item.

Wonderfully clean and welll run hotel, with incredibly friendly staff. Outstanding location. Breakfast buffet offered incredible variety of options. Back door of property effectively opens up on to the beach. 3 swimming pools, pool bar, kids club, nightly entertainment and a 13 hole putting course ! Price of drinks very reasonable. Lots of free on street parking adjacent to hotel.

Excellent

4th stay here. Overall love it. Standard of food (all inclusive) extremely good. Cleanliness excellent. Only complaint is staff seem over extended on this stay. But lovely stay all the same.
