We had a very nice stay during our trip. Location was very nice, close to supermarket and many restaurants nearby. Also walking distance to the marina and the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Staff in the breakfast/bar area were super friendly. Nice swimming pool and very friendly life guard.

Perfect stay

Fabulous stay, all of the staff were brilliant at their jobs and so friendly. Happy hour is from four to six and is great value as it’s two for one, bar is run by Vibe and there are other great deals on throughout the day Apartment was super and cleaned regularly, the cleaners were simply the best. Slight hill to get to apartment but not too bad at all.

My 5 or 6th visit. I love thé convenience of the restaurants and grocery store near the apartments. The pool area is great and the new management in the Vibe snack bar/restaurant have made a great improvement

Nice, clean and spacious room/apartment with a big terrace. Even though we had not booked with sea view, we still had a beautiful view and sun in the afternoon. Great place for a relaxing holiday. Very close to shop and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen.

Puerto Calma - Fabulous

Lovely hotel, everywhere spotlessly clean. Rooms so well equipped, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, sponges cloths provided. Stayed in superior room that had full sea view/harbour view. Lovely big balcony with table chairs and sun loungers with total privacy. Free safe, air con, shuttle bus to Amadores beach.

Overall a really nice stay. Hotel was clean, staff all friendly and welcoming. The vibe pool bar was very good for food, drinks in the day etc. It's on a hill so is steep to walk back to, but not that bad. Plenty of older couples were managing it fine. Supermarket over the road very handy if self catering or B&B. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and taxi rank which was handy and cheap. Would recommend

4 night stay in Feb 2024. Lovely hotel. Great location with just a 5 min walk to the beach and a good variety of restaurants nearby. Heated pool a bonus. Spacious rooms with all utilities including dish washer, oven and electric hob. Friendly staff and suffice to say we will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Puerto Calma. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, which made our holiday a breeze. There was plenty of activity leaflets to browse through and easy to book. The air-conditioning in the apartments were very good, however we would have loved a little information booklet to help us change the language and use it as well as the oven & hob. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Exceeded our expectations, we were in room 3, absolutely huge balcony, watched the sunset over the sea every night. Super clean, great shower and facilities in the room, comfy bed. Lovely large pool with lots of sunbeds. Across the road was a supermarket and a selection of the best restaurants in PR, also an irish bar which served the best English breakfast. A 10 minute short walk down to the beach or a taxi was around 5e. Could'nt fault the hotel, highly recommend.

Excellent location, all rooms with a stunning sea view. Spacious and comfy room. Very nice room cleaning staff. Pool is worth a 8.5/10, you can swim surrounded by the mountains and gazing at the ocean :-) there was just a little issue with the water recycling system. Lunch service at the pool a little slow.

Apartment complex was great, apartment was great, pool area was great. Bar was overpriced and we kept getting charged different amounts for the same drinks. Unfortunately we was on the side with a partial sea view and got no sun at all on the balcony.

Had yet another fantastic break at this hotel, rooms are very clean and comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped should you wish to use it. All staff are very helpful and welcoming. The heated pool and pool area are very well kept, will definitely be returning later in the year.
