The apartment can accommodate up to three people and is divided into two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen size double bed and 50' TV; and the second bedroom with a single sofa bed; a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The American style kitchen is open plan to the living/dining room, a spacious and bright room equipped with a comfortable sofa, dining table, 45' Smart TV and air conditioning; all with direct access to the spectacular terrace where you can enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, relax with a book or have breakfast with incredible views of the sea.

For added convenience, the property has lift.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Italian coffee machine, toaster, juicer, fan, hairdryer, iron, bed linen and towels and much more.

The property has a communal swimming pool for your enjoyment. Open Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Además cuenta con nueva zona de solarium pública para su disfrute.
