「Todo bien, las instalaciones, aunque no las utilice mucho, pero la piscina está adaptada para entrar por una rampa con barandilla, el minigolf.... La persona de la recepción de por la mañana (siento no saber su nombre), muy dispuesta y me ayudó en todo lo que la pregunté. 」

「It was a good family hotel, could do with other restaurants on site, 7 nights is more than enough and you probably want to eat out as the buffet can get very tired and their Italian restaurant on site can be difficult to book with having to be book 2 days in advance. There's adult only sections but naturally are close to children areas so felt bad as no doubt they heard many screaming kids. The rooms were clean enough though expect dirty feet by the end of it, highly recommend the Merlin rooms...

「Overall the hotel has nice facilities and modern clean rooms. However there are many aspects with let the hotel down: - Very poor food, particularly in the evenings. - Restaurant is a chaotic free for all at times. - Not well staffed: always significant queues at the bar. - Endless noise being blasted across the whole resort from all variety of entertainment activities leaving no down time to relax. Overall the hotel is by no means terrible for the price, however it does not come...
