「We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. 「Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. 「目の前がビーチでとても見晴らしが良いです！屋上からは写真スポットもありそのからの眺めも最高です！ 景色を眺めながら歩いて15分くらいでステキなボート風景（セサルマンリケ通り）も楽しめます。 ホテルからセサルマンリケ通りまで夜の20時前頃に通りましたが観光客が歩いていて外灯も明るく治安は問題なかったです。 1月終わりの時期は昼間は日光がさすととても暑く、日が陰ると少し肌寒く、夜になるととても冷えました。 夜はタンクトップと薄手の長袖パーカーだととても寒かったです。 お土産は空港でも買えますがポストカードは私が探した限り見つかりませんでした。 ホテルのフロント前で売っていたランザローテ島のマグネット3€がタイル調のものでとても可愛いです！ ホテルに一泊して朝にチップを置き忘れたら、ハンドタオルとバスマットが置かれてありませんでした。 たまたまかもしれませんが、連泊する際はチップを置いた方が良いかもしれません。」
