「Partial sea view at best as we were put on floor zero in the furthest part of the hotel, booked queen and extra bed for my son in a junior suite, royal level, got twin and very uncomfortable sofa bed ( it was replaced with a single bed and they did offer to change our room but only after 4 days as they were full and we did not find it convenient to have to move all our stuff after 4 days. 「The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway.」

「目の前がビーチでとても見晴らしが良いです！屋上からは写真スポットもありそのからの眺めも最高です！ 景色を眺めながら歩いて15分くらいでステキなボート風景（セサルマンリケ通り）も楽しめます。 ホテルからセサルマンリケ通りまで夜の20時前頃に通りましたが観光客が歩いていて外灯も明るく治安は問題なかったです。 1月終わりの時期は昼間は日光がさすととても暑く、日が陰ると少し肌寒く、夜になるととても冷えました。 夜はタンクトップと薄手の長袖パーカーだととても寒かったです。 お土産は空港でも買えますがポストカードは私が探した限り見つかりませんでした。 ホテルのフロント前で売っていたランザローテ島のマグネット3€がタイル調のものでとても可愛いです！ ホテルに一泊して朝にチップを置き忘れたら、ハンドタオルとバスマットが置かれてありませんでした。 たまたまかもしれませんが、連泊する際はチップを置いた方が良いかもしれません。」

「夜到着して4泊しました。 毎日7時頃から朝食がいただけます。朝大した店がやってもないし物価も高いので大変助かりました。また、車あればどこに行くにも地理的には便利かと思います。駐車場は夜から朝8時までならすぐ脇の道路に駐車可能、そうでなければ少し遠いところになります。週末は飲食店が軒並み閉まって食事に困るでしょう。セーフティBOXはフロントにありますのでやや不便。」

「We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from...

「Property is right on the beach giving it good location. However it should be noted that swimming has been prohibited since October 2025 due to pollution. All staff very polite although Marcella in the cafe bar stands out for excellent service. 」

「Everything was ok. The building could use an upgrade but everything was cleaned a lot. The staff could have been more friendly, except for one guy at reception 2 who was friendly and helpful. 」

「A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. 」
