「Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. 「This is a special property! The location is spectacular and SO quiet at the very edge of Puerto Calera. The rooms are modern and immaculate and the staff is friendly and efficient. The activities are mostly self directed (no group ones) and there is lovely live music entertainment each night. Resto options are fewer than most other Secrets we’ve been too but the food was excellent—fresh, healthy and delicious.
