"everything very nice"

"The hotel has a great location, cross the street from the West Lake. The view in the room is stunning."

"Hôtel bien situé, personnel vraiment serviable, petit déjeuner sympathique. Well-located hitel, genuinely helpful staff, good breakfast, absolutely nothing negative to say!"

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff adjusted routine to my likes. The location is good, walkable to West Lake with lots of restaurants and shopping choices."
