"Front desk was professional and kind. Elevators were horrible. It seemed there were multiple families living at the hotel constantly walking around the lobby all day and night in pajamas and night hats. Not the image you want to see at a hotel that references itself as an Embassy! Try harder!"

"The room was very clean, bed was super comfortable and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was tasty! "

"Location was good for Stevenson University and restaurants and shopping. "

"The room itself was wonderful! The vanity had the most immaculate lighting. However, there is a bar and grill across the street and it gets rather loud. Loud music could be heard at random hours of the night into the early morning. There are some rather interesting characters that stay here/hang around here. I wouldn’t say I felt super duper safe. "

"It’s a very nice hotel wish the restaurant had better choices and better food "

"Drive 10 hours to get there at 12:00 ask if our room was ready told it wasn’t. She said she would call me when it was ready and never did. When I went back 2 hours later she said oh let me check and it just so happened to be ready. I don’t know if they put dogs on all the floors which I wasn’t aware pets were even allowed. But there was barking all day and into the night. Just a horrible stay "

"I had a great 5 day stay. The staff were very welcoming and the place was clean. Also, at night it was quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast and the gym. I’m planning to come back to Towson in 6 weeks and I’ll stay here. "
