「The host was quick to respond with my questions and concerns. The cleaners are not very good. Hair was left all over the sink looked like a man had shaved his face. Kitchen Cabnets were all sticky and nasty. The pool wasn’t clean and the pool net was too old and dry rotted to get anything out of the pool. The kitchen was not very stocked with supplies. We are not hard to please but I wasn’t pleased with this stay. 」

「The location was handy. We did Universal, Kennedy Space center and an airboat tour. Check in very smooth. It exceeded our expectations. They truly thought of everything. Very welcoming with extra little touches that made you feel at home. 5 stars is not enough. We give it 10!」

「Directly across from Altamonte Springs Mall. Plenty of places to eat whether just a quick drive thru or a nice sit down dinner with friends and family.A little hard to find if getting there after dark and you don't know the area very well. Once there, nice and quiet.The host was very nice and accommodating.Only problem I had was getting checked in and that was NOT the host's fault. The website was down for several hours and I could not get to the information I needed such as address, phone #,...

「The house is outdated, but it was okay. Very disappointed with not being able to receive my packages from the locked mail box. They use professional cleaning service but need to be more attentive with hair on the pillow cases & sheets. 」
