"The property is in a good location, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. The bathroom smelled heavy Uribe that’s hasn’t been properly cleaned at all! The odor was so overwhelming that we couldn’t even use the bathroom comfortably. It was so bad that we had to call housekeeping at 1:00 a.m. to deal with the smell. Unfortunately, it completely ruined our stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they fix the terrible odor problem."

"On site free laundry washer and dryer, free breakfast during my stay. The gym wasn't much, they had a treadmill, an elliptical, and no weights. Awesome location and across the street from Line 14 Yuyuan Garden station so things were easy to navigate and close to The Bund area."

He was very kind and professional, and we really appreciated his excellent customer service. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. The excellent location, clean room, and friendly and helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Michael, for making us feel so welcome!"
