You wont be disappointed staying here. The view is breathtaking. Rooms are spacious and very well organized with a good size bath and shower. Couple of english speaking channels on TV including CNN. Rooms are serviced in a timely manner each day and staff very friendly. Buffet breakfasr caters for western and Asian style foods and is very extensive. Suggest going to Cloud 9 (bar and restaurant) it's a bit hidden but well worth the exploration to find it upwards if level 80!

This hotel is perfect and as someone who’s extremely picky that’s saying something. The rooms are immaculate. Views are unlike anywhere else. Service is impeccable. Food is wonderful. Location is convenient and feels incredibly safe. This hotel made my stay in Shanghai 10 times better.

Amazing hotel, perfect in every aspect. The grand river view room has an outstanding view of the Bund, and the Club Executive Lounge is a great place to relax and have a light meal after a day of work (or after visiting the many attractions in Shanghai).
