Green Court Residence is very well located in the heart of People’s Square. Most main attractions are within walking distance or a short train/bus ride away. The Studio Plus room has a kitchen which is great for longer stays. Everything is clean and service is excellent. Highly recommend the hotel airport shuttle pickup, it’s worth the extra money for a smooth process after a long tiring flight.

Excellent communication, very helpful staff. Unexpectedly and without request we were upgraded to a suite. Very roomy and quiet. Breakfast was great. Great location, close to People's square and the metro. Thoroughly recommend visiting the pkanning musuem in peoples square, a beautiful park. Would stay again.

The apartment is large and comfortable as is the bed/bedding. Plenty of water and toiletries. The breakfast offers variety changing the hot items daily. The English is limited but directly across the street is the Marriott lobby and they sorted out anything too complicated for front desk staff. The housecleaner was very nice and couldn't do enough. Convenient location. Recommend for independent travellers

This is a fantastic hotel, spotless and in a fantastic location. Breakfast is absolutely scrumptious with several vegetarian and vegan options available. I stayed here with my partner for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay.

The property is located in a great spot for tourists which was really nice for us. Easy to walk everywhere and convenient breakfast. The room was very dated, and the couch was super uncomfortable. The tv in the bedroom was also very fuzzy making it hard to watch anything. They should think about upgrading some of the furniture and tv.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The location is great, with easy access to the metro and very close to People’s Square. We were very satisfied with our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful room that was clean and well organized. The bed were comfortable and the bath tub was splendid. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options that rotated daily. The gym is also amazing with a yoga, tumbling, golf simulator and weights rooms. The location is perfect as it is close to the metro, pedestrian street and the bund. It is my go to hotel for whenever I am in Shanghai.

Generally I stay here once per year. Overall I love the location and that’s the main reason I come back… very walkable to Nanjing Rd - Suzhou river - people square station. Nice rooms - cooking appliances. Only issue I had on this particular trip was the wifi… never seemed to work that well as it had previously.. it’s one network across the hotel rather than individually for rooms.
