「We stayed in three. The room was big, but it was including waste space where no one stays there. If sofa bed was opened, no space to walk or open your luggage. The room was not in basement, but ground floor rooms have less top window which you feel as it is in basement. I would feel horrible if the days were really hot. No air conditioners. The room hadn't been make up. This is because we didn't put the sign (hanging the door) that we need. Thank you for such warm service. What if we forgot to...

「This is an okay place to stay while visiting St Leonard’s and Hastings. It seems to be a family-run place and full breakfast is provided and is good.Quick walk to the train and to the beach and laundromat. Some improvements have been made to the property which are cosmetic and actually quite silly. There was an attempt to make this old hotel look opulent while neglecting things like upgraded beds and bedding, soundproofing rooms, replacing broken window seals and fresh paint on the exterior....

Small spa area which was a nice treat after a days cycling! Our room was on the small side but it was perfectly fine for a short stay (and the bathroom was big!) Would recommend! 」

「場所は町の中心にあり、ロケーションもよく、通りに面しており、目を引く素敵な外観なので分かりやすいです。　ホテルの中も、お部屋も古い歴史を感じるとても素敵な造りです。お部屋も清潔で快適でした。ホテル内は入り組んだ迷路のようになっていて見てるだけでも楽しめました。エレベーターはないです。ホテルのパブが閉まった後も２４時間いつでもお酒を頼めるのでお客さんがいなくなったホテルのバーでゆっくりできました。最高に優雅な時間を過ごせました。とても素敵なホテルですが、強いて言えば、夫も言っていましたが、ホテルの方に笑顔がなく、機械的な対応の方が多かったですがきちんと仕事してくれました。チェックアウトも１２時なのでゆっくり過ごせました。」

「Junior Suite was comfortable and spacious with a newly refurbished bathroom (shower over bath). There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, nice soft towels, robes in the fitted wardrobe, sofa bed made up as a bed in the adjoining lounge when we arrived. The leisure facilities are quite old but we knew this when we booked. The water in the jacuzzi was nice and hot and the pool a good size. The hotel is old style so there was no lift which was quite difficult for tourists like us carrying a large suitcases, but the staff had kindly supported us. No air conditioner in the room」
