"We had an amazing time with The Palmetto, the premier suite is incredible and spacious and a beautiful full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal! The staff were so incredibly helpful and kind with everything, wr originally planned in staying Monday through Friday but had so much fun we extended our stay another night and everyone was so accommodating and we didn't have to move and continued to enjoy our beautiful oceanfront suite! "

"The unit was pretty much as described. One bed appeared to have been slept in and not changed (luckily we didn't need it). Everything else about the unit was pretty good. ECDI check-in was the worst. Never heard from them until after noon of our check-in date. Otherwise had a great stay. "

"The beach view was perfect. The room was beautiful. Only about half the elevators worked which was not a huge deal most of the time. Our final day, the only elevator in the garage was down which was kind of a pain. The only big complaint I have is that the outdoor pools were not heated and were too cold for us to enjoy. "
