「I was very nervous because it was my first overseas trip in a long time, but the staff were very kind and treated me and my son well. I stayed here to go to Highclere Castle, and they arranged a taxi for us, which was very helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Newbury. Thank you very much.」

「Newuburyエリアに会社のオフィスがあるため、利用させて頂きました。ロンドンから電車でNewburyまで来た後、タクシーでホテルへ向かいました。Thatchamが最寄り駅ですが、Paddingtonから向かう場合はNewburyで止まる便の方が速くて、乗り換え不要です。 ホテルは少し高めの料金設定な気がします。朝食は、ふつうの英国のホテルで出てくるものです。ソーセージの焼き具合がいまいちな日がありました。カスタードクリームのパンとフルーツがおいしかったです。 プールを使いたかったのですが、時間がなくて使えませんでした。次回はぜひ利用してみたいです。」

「すごく大きなマナーハウスで、貴族になった気分？で快適に過ごせました。部屋も清潔で広いです。敷地も広く、ゴルフコースになっています。裏側にはお城の廃墟があり、散歩するととても気分がいいです。ロンドンではこのレベルは500ポンドくらいするでしょう。ロンドンから1時間くらいかけてもこちらに泊まったほうがいいです。」

「The front desk staff, Dipesh was very caring and helpful with us. There were a couple of issues with the room that we were initially assigned but Dipesh was able to resolve the problems with the room in a friendly and quick manner. Overall he provide very high quality service.」

「仕事の出張のため利用しました。ホテルはそこそこ清潔感があり、部屋でもコーヒーは無料で飲めます。ただ、歯ブラシやティッシュはありません。食事はホテル併設のレストランで朝夕食べれます。夕食のメニューは豊富ですが、朝食は固定のワンプレートです。食事の量は多いと思います。ホテルの接客は愛想良く、部屋のチップは不要でした。」
