Very nice hotel, great location. But noisy late at night but not too bad. My room was excellent, large, well-equipped and comfortable. Needed another light in the bathroom. Check out time of noon would be better than 11am (just in case you need it). Car park was very secure. Would definitely stay here again.

We checked in late, and the staff were super friendly and helpful! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the dinners. The pub has such a cozy atmosphere, and the chef and waitress were amazing. Big thanks to the manager too for keeping a table for us without a booking — really appreciated! Overall, a lovely place with great service. We’re so glad we chose to stay here!

Good location in Newbury.

In an excellent location on the Market Place in Newbury. Ideally placed for visiting the canal and the town centre. The room was in a converted block at the back of the hotel and was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is secure parking at the back of the hotel.
