「The property is lovely, and I live locally so I was excited to stay there. Unfortunately, the local discount that is usually offered was not available. Then, we were initially sent to an occupied room which delayed us 30 minutes. When we finally got to our recently refurbished room, it was clean and well appointed, however, none of the the plugs in the bathroom worked. The extra daily fees that cover amenities didn't cover much. When we went to use the pool we were told they were closing it for...

「The mattress was not as comfortable as I am use too. Too soft. The ladies working in the deli and the pastry shop appeared to be very unhappy in their jobs greeting the customers. No smiles just fuchie faces. Not a good look. The bartenders in the Raider bar were awesome. The waiter in the restaurant was great as well. I would stay there again and recommend it as a place to stay.」

「A staff at the front desk was not kindness.」
