「My daughter, mother and I shared a 2 queen bed suite when we came to town for a sports event at Lee’s Family Forum. Check in staff was amazing, pool was clean and seating was comfy. Rooms were very clean, but air conditioning in our room was broken. We called maintenance every day and were reassured that it was fixed-it was not. 」

「エレベーターが1台しかなく部屋に上がるまで時間がかかる、部屋に湯沸かしなどの設備がない（アメリカでは普通かも）、ただ、基本的に清潔、部屋も広く快適。」

「リゾートフィーに駐車場代が入っていた、プールが外で気持ちいい、お水を毎日一本もらえる、部屋からスフィアのイルミネーションが見えて可愛いかった。レストランがなく、簡易コンビニと部屋にあるキッチンがよかった。朝ごはん作りたい人にはおすすめ！」

The staff were professional, attentive, and consistently provided outstanding service, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The dining options and facilities were also excellent, offering a truly luxurious experience. Overall, this is a world-class hotel, and we would definitely love to return.」

「４泊しましたが、清掃が毎回不十分な箇所がありました。 使ったグラスが交換されず、放置されていたり、次の日にはグラスが交換された思ったら、今度はタオルの枚数が足りなかったり、石けんが補充されていなかったらり、毎回どこか不十分な箇所がありました 」

「Room is slightly outdated. AC remote didn't work. The worst part was the elevators—3 out of 4 were broken. They are a "special" type and felt genuinely terrifying to ride. But Casino is nice.」
