"La tripergola was the best hotel we stayed in the whole Italy. If you go by car or taxi is easy to get there, if you by train or bus is a little more tricky but still worth it if you have time. The staff is kind and the breakfasts are amazing. We stayed here to go to the amalfi coast the next day and relax on the way back, totally woth it."

"Very good price, acceptable distance to Naples if you have a car. Free parking, tennis court and a nice pool. The room was very big and clean. We stayed during Xmas period, the room was very warm and clean. The staff are very friendly. With the price we paid I cannot imagine anything better. "

"This property is perched at the top of a beautiful neighborhood with incredible views of Mt Vesuvius, the Amalfi cost and even Capri in the distance. Very modern with multiple push button rain shower, auto lights and other modern features in the room. We had a virtual suite which means they convert the sitting room into a full king size bed since we were traveling with our daughter. "At the end of our travels, this location was great for us to recover. We had a room with a balcony. I loved the view so much. The room was clean and spacious- a little sparse but I didn’t mind the austerity. Appreciated the water, free of charge in our room everyday. The breakfast was good - loved the fresh fruit every day with my cappuccino. My only wish was they had robes. We will remember this hotel fondly. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Starhotels Terminus during our time in Naples. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful—always ready to offer local tips or assist with anything we needed. The location is unbeatable, right next to Napoli Centrale train station, which made getting around the city and traveling to places like Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast extremely convenient. Despite the busy area, the hotel felt peaceful and secure inside. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options, both Italian and international. The coffee was also top-notch, just what you need to start your day in Italy. Highly recommend Starhotels Terminus for anyone visiting Naples—whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"I loved that it was right across from the central station and I was easily able to get to the airport, around town, and to Pompeii. I could tell they take great pride in the rooms being very clean. The lighting in the room is a bit dark but I was able to open my window during the day to brighten the room. Being a single woman traveling solo I felt safe in the area despite how it looks. I also like that there were plenty of places to eat and a grocery store across the street."

Helpful, friendly and communicative staff

"Really friendly and helpful staff. Lots of communication and they were able to help us out with a travel cot, non-smoking room and even a last minute late check out. Breakfast was excellent - best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast. While the area around the station was a little busy it didn’t disturb us and we never felt unsafe."
