「Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

「Nice big clean rooms, walk in shower, great location close to the cruise ship berths css and conference center. The staff were very friendly and took time to explain the best things to see in the city. Everything looked newly renovated and clean, modern design. Ask to get the code access prior to arrival. 」

We enjoyed the small patio, we used the washer and made breakfasts-used the panini press and espresso maker. Great neighborhood and area, many great places to eat and very walkable.」
