「Staff exceptionably nice. Property is not taken care of at all. Food was terrible. French onion soup was burnt and tasted like dirty water. Room was old but clean. Water did not run out of bathroom sink. Sheets felt like cardboard. 」

「Heavy language barrier when trying to check in, they control heat and give you a space heater incase you get cold. Room was hot for me and old window unit would not keep up」

「Hotel was great for accepted students day at Cortland. Centrally located, very easy to park, very clean and comfortable. No carpets in the rooms which felt so much more clean. Kitchen in our room was also amazing with a full size fridge. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!」

「コーネル大学から３０分ほどで着く場所ですが、自然の真っただ中で、とてもきれいなロッジです。ウォータープールは小規模ですが、一日十分遊べます。また、アクティビティもいろいろ揃っています。イサカ観光の後に、お子さんと行くには快適です。各部屋にはキッチンと暖炉があり、窓からは広々とした山々が見えます。冬のスキーと合わせると益々快適かと思います。」

「Not enough food at breakfast」

「We never set foot in the place unfortunately. We got to the property after dark and it was unlit exterior The door was not programmed as promised and we could not get in. The owner didn’t respond to our or the property management company’s many communications for two days so we had to stay at a run down hotel which was all we could get at 9:30 on a Friday night in the middle of nowhere A week later the owner still hadn’t responded or apologized for our family’s considerable inconvenience...

「I needed a handicap room because of walking issues. First off. I had to walk to the middle of the building to get to my room. Then the picture in ad of a walk-in shower which I needed for handicap was a small bathtub with hand rails. Why would a handicap room be in middle of hotel. No walk in shower. Also. I stayed from Thurs thru Sunday. Not once did housekeeping come to my room. No clean towels or trash emptied. And the side exit doors weren’t able to be used to come in. Just out. The side...

「The Quality inn is definitely starting to lack in quality. The wall paper is peeling, there was a hole in the bathroom door, webs and dead bugs around the windows. The bathroom had a cigarette odor. This hotel is in serious need of major upgrades. It was tolerable for the one night I needed but if it was any longer I would have requested my money back. It is definitely time for the owners to put some TLC into this place. 」
