"I was attracted to the place because of its beautiful views and distance from the beach. I could look out my window from bed and enjoy the awesome beach view with waves rolling in. I was impressed by how clean they were. The place had been renovated, the beds were clean and comfortable as well as clean restrooms."

"We stayed a whole month and we will definitely return again! The air conditioner was brand new so it cools the house perfectly! Laundry room is outside but easy to access. Since you are sharing the driveway sometimes you have to park on the street, we didn't have any issues (no tickets) for the month. We loved the balcony with the ocean views and constant sea breeze. "Richard has a great kid house. Sturdy furniture, good AC, big shower upstairs, an outdoor shower that can be used before entering and of course the required cousins bunk beds. It's an easy walk to the beach plus it's right across the street from a very fun playscape and splash pad with a nice balcony for evening use.There are plenty of kitchen wares and towels and left behind beach chairs, floats, shovels and buckets. One of it's great advantages is the excellent BLVD restaurant on the corner. Good kid mac and cheese and tasty seafood by efficient service."
