「The hotel was on the beach and convenient to our travel plans and local restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel parking garage was too small for two vehicles to drive through at the same time; lot was full. There were two elevators for a 6-story hotel that were very delayed. So, many people were forced to take the stairs with luggage in hand. Just an ok experience.」

「My favorite of it all was the beach view, I love the beach and this is located at a perfect spot, and all eating places are within walking distance. The breakfast was good, but the ladies in charge are the most amazing, Rosa and the other lady, sorry I didn't get her name, but I loved them, they treat you like one of their children. I have nothing bad to say about the whole time and experience here, I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone. Thank you very much for all the love...

「Fairly new property! My only complaints are: No microwave in room. However, one will be delivered upon request. No ice bucket. However, remember to get one at check-in. The pool is too small to be used by customers of both hotels: TruBlue, and Homesuites by Hilton. I was not told upfront that there is a charge for parking of $20.00 a day.」

「This is a great place to stay. It is clean and comfortable. There were no photos of the inside of the condo, but it is spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, small deck, washer/dryer, nice kitchen and living room. Ours had three tv’s and a pull-out sofa. The grounds, two pools and one hot tub are well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Beach access is directly across the adjoining road (Seawall). 「Though we enjoyed our family trip as our boys visited Galveston beach for the first time, our experience with Holiday Club was lacking. For some reason, the master bathroom toilet was left uncleaned with old dried up feces and urine. The most devastating part was almost half of our trip was spent without power. 「For a LaQuinta, this location was disappointing. While WiFi is offered, good luck getting a signal. They have “smart” TVs that offer Netflix and Prime, but the signal strength is so bad you can’t use it. Our biggest complaint was with the breakfast. No options whatsoever. They put out dry muffins, about three loaves of sliced bread, and then poorly made eggs (or I should probably say, “heated up” since we know they didn’t cook it).
