Room was nice but staff was rude didn't want to be asked anything they didn't want you to eat breakfast in your room couldn't take breakfast or anything else to room they tell you to eat in the cafeteria they were rude totally really did not want to be asked anything when you get a answer it's short and very dry I'll never stay there again

The room was clean with good A/C. The outside door off of the stairs exit was a little messed up so didn't close properly but the back door locked. It didn't look that great from the outside but was fine on the inside and the other guests were really nice. The breakfast was FANTASTIC and lots of options. Enjoyed that the most.

No hot water for the shower and sink. Hot water shut off in sink. Shower so slick it was dangerous for 81 year old. Heater smelled like urine when it was turned on.

Very comfortable and clean but had a musty odor in the room. The attendant came and sprayed with deodorizer that helped temporarily.

Property is poorly maintained, carpet was very dirty. There was no hair dryer , no iron,no extra towels and no extra toilet paper. Smelled very humid. Also smelled like gas in first floor. Breakfast area dirty. Overall no maintenance to hotel.

Worst hotel “stay” of my life. Absolute filth of a hotel. Our original room had an odor and ants on the bed. The next room they tried to put us in was non smoking yet smelt like an ash tray as soon as you open the door. We ended up not staying at the hotel that night and we were still charged. Do not stay at this piece of crap hotel

We had a very frustrating experience during our stay. When we first checked in, we couldn't get into our room because the door would not open. Staff told us we needed to use force to open it, which immediately raised concerns. We requested a different room, but the door to that room was also extremely difficult to open and required significant force. The next morning, after leaving for breakfast, we returned to get ready for the day and were unable to open our room door at all. Having multiple room doors with the same issue is a serious safety concern. In an emergency, guests should be able to enter and exit their rooms without difficulty. Because of this, I cannot recommend staying here. The condition of the room doors needs to be addressed immediately to ensure guest safety and convenience.
