Room was clean, which was mainly what I needed. Lacked a coffee maker or anything to cook with, eat with when it was advertised as a mini suite possessing a fridge, microwave and cooktop. No pots, pans, silverware, plates or dishes of any kind.

Rooms were soacious and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was lacking, very few selections. Pool was good. Had the have management turn on heat for hot tub both days we were there. Very inconvenient.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful,and the room was very nice. But the breakfast was not something I would expect from a well known company like Wyndham: no salt or pepper; only one choice of creamer (no hazelnut, or vanilla, etc.); eggs and sausage were of poor quality.

The building needs updated and not located in a convent area but felt safe, service was ok, breakfast offered but out of several items and coffee machine kept having to be reset, however, the bed was very comfortable.

The room itself was absolutely wonderful, very good decorating. I don't know who did that, but they were right on. Uh, the clouds on the ceiling make it very relaxing. The fact that the windows have a total block out shade on them is perfect, and that's, it's so spacious and and comfy very clean. Very happy with our choice.

Well the checking process was convenient, and having a stove and microwave and freezer in our room was fantastic, the broken tv, the fact that the air was always wet and the fact that we had to trap and release a lizard ourselves was extremely unpleasant.

Upon arriving the large fish tank was so dirty you couldnt hardly see the fish in it and our door to our room was dirty. Staff wasnt friendly at all. The bathroom was clean but tubs could use some work, rusty in places. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet.

We had a very frustrating experience during our stay. When we first checked in, we couldn't get into our room because the door would not open. Staff told us we needed to use force to open it, which immediately raised concerns. We requested a different room, but the door to that room was also extremely difficult to open and required significant force. The next morning, after leaving for breakfast, we returned to get ready for the day and were unable to open our room door at all. Having multiple room doors with the same issue is a serious safety concern. In an emergency, guests should be able to enter and exit their rooms without difficulty. Because of this, I cannot recommend staying here. The condition of the room doors needs to be addressed immediately to ensure guest safety and convenience.
