Reception staff were rude and unfriendly. Was not made to feel welcome at all. The hotel itself is beautiful with great location but the terrible reception service really let this down . We normally stay at The Tremont we will be returning.

Nice historical hotel, no much for fun for family, everybody were very bored, had to leave earlier, You can not even open a window in your room, no balconies, the pool is cold, only old people everywhere. Even the Christmas brunch( which is supposed to be good) was not. Food is cold, I do not know, but for us, we will never go back.

Front desk checkin with Janet was excellent. Room was very clean and the and bathroom were great. Not much seating. Just the bed and a desk chair. Restaurant experience was mixed. It seems they. Ouk’s only handle a very few dinners. About 70% empty and they would not take a walk in couple who were guests in the hotel. Same menu at the bar and Chris the bartender offered us seats there. His service was excellent
