Took and hour and a half to after check in to get my room. When I got to the “room” they gave me it was occupied room key and walked in on people’s stuff. Had to go back to the main office to get it fixed, no apology. Get into the room and there was a dried brown mess on the floor, who knew what it was. Took my daughter to take a bath to find the mini bottles of shampoo were already half used, reused from the last guest I am assuming. Went to the front office to tell
them the issues, front desk ladies where on their cell phones rather than trying to help. Told one lady the issues and she told me I had to talk to the other. While I waited on them for 15 minutes the First Lady talk to the other lady about things she saw on Facebook. Then the lady they said could “help” just wrote this issue on a sticky note saying they couldn’t do anything about compensation but they’d have their supervisor call in the morning. Why couldn’t the first woman do that!? Wasting MORE of my time on my vacation I worked hard to earn, on their mistakes. Came back to our room after dinner to find they didn’t fix the nasty mess until the next afternoon, or shampoo. The supervisor called the next morning saying they would refund the deposit, and I reminded them for shampoo (still didn’t get any). Just bought my own, shouldn’t have to tell them a third time. TV didn’t work in the living room which was annoying. Just a crappy experience and would never visit this location again.
