"This place was an absolutely godsend for our group after an intense week on our feet walking around Tokyo and Osaka. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the food delicious, and the onsen baths deeply relaxing. Also loved their gift shop! We want to come back for sure. "

"Property is centrally located in Kinosaki Onsen’s main street and canal. It is also almost in front of Jizou-Yu, one of Japan the town’s seven public baths. Room I stayed in was modern and recently built or renovated. This ryokan has its own bath. Staff at check in was very nice and helpful. They do let you know that staff after a certain time in the afternoon do not speak English and there is an 11:30 PM curfew - they lock the doors. Breakfast or dinner was not included but room and inn were still of great value. It even has its own private balcony area. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would stay again if given the chance. "

"Unfortunately there was only green tea and no coffee in the rooms, however, the chef sells coffee during breakfast for 100 yen which was nice to have. "
