"Great house for multiple families to spread out. The home is set up on multiple levels so everyone is separated. The area is very nice with great views and sunrises. We had a few questions about home features that were cleared up via text message with the host. Very fast response times. I would suggest that a comprehensive book be put together showing how to operate everything (TV's, AC, Lights, etc.) Great house and great value. "

"Comfortable living area and very nice amenities. There was way more space than our family of 6 could fully utilize and we felt it was more than sufficient space for even 10-12 people comfortably. Despite being in the middle of a neighborhood, we felt there was nice privacy for our family while out on the patio/pool area. The location was also convenient for getting to the very nice local golf courses (all within a 12 minute drive in Fountain Hills). We would recommend the home to other...
