The room has musty smell, dusty, the refrigerator - stinky, coffee - only decaf. However, the staff is excellent, amenities are good - clean and good sauna and steam room. The place is very quiet and rounded by nature.

The room had no hot water. The staff played games with us saying the water felt fine to them. Then it turns out they were repairing the water heaters. The staff lacked basic courtesy and follow through. Many things throughout the resort were dirty and unkept.

The property itself was very nice and blended well with the surrounding terrain. There were trails and paths where we walked to enjoy the environment. Our villa was a bit dated and worn but still very comfortable. The bed was particularly comfortable. There were good dining and drinking choices on the property which we enjoyed. The spa was very nice also and we enjoyed our treatments and resting and unwinding at the facility.

Wonderful and unique experience staying here. Rock formations and cactus are very beautiful and mystifying. Very picture worthy location. Room was top notch and staff was friendly and attentive. Food is great also. Highly recommended
