Living Room - You enter the home into a grand living space. Tons of comfy seating. Smart TV. Bluetooth speaker (disguised as a record player). Board games. Card games. AMAZING views right outside of the two large sliding glass doors. This high end space captures complete peacefulness of the area.

Kitchen - A beautiful, open concept kitchen. Views for days out of the panoramic windows and glass doors surrounding the area. Stainless steel appliances. A breakfast nook with a full dining table surrounded by gorgeous views. Fully supplied with the cooking essentials (yes, including a Keurig, coffee pods, and dry creamer!)

Game Room - The main entertainment space of the lower level. A fun wet bar. Comfy seating options. Pool table. Large smart TV with bluetooth capabilities. Direct access to the back patio and incredible outdoor entertainment space. This is the room that you will never want to leave!

*Bedrooms*
Upstairs - Master bedroom with a massive, comfy king bed & smart TV (also with direct access to the top deck and floor-to-ceiling glass door views). Ensuite attached. 2 more bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each. All on the entry level.
Downstairs - 1 bedroom right off the stairway has two twin beds & a smart TV. Attached to its own bathroom. On the other end of the game room, you will find another bedroom with two full beds and a smart TV.

*Bathrooms*
Upstairs - Master ensuite attached to the bedroom (including a huge master closet). Separate shower, bathtub, and enclosed toilet room. Another full bathroom is located in between the two queen bedrooms. All bathrooms are fully stocked with lots of bath towels & makeup towels.
Downstairs - 1 full bathroom attached to the twin bedroom. Standing shower only.

Backyard - The STUNNING centerpiece of this home. Gorgeous pool. Adjacent hot tub. Ping pong. Fire pit. Grill. Hammocks. Comfy outdoor seating & dining. On those warm summer nights, you will only want to sit under the string lights and enjoy the quiet surroundings under the beautiful skies.

The private resort feel of this home will keep you comfy on those relaxing nights in. The perfect balance between the hustle and bustle of the city and the peaceful mountains of Fountain Hills!

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $75 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

*The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith.

You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose.

The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
