"If you are looking for affordable beachfront property with free WiFi, clean rooms, friendly staff, and breakfast included—this is perfect for that purpose. We had a good stay. Front desk staff are wonderful and helpful. The location is close to restaurants and the boardwalk not to mention the beach. The pool is well maintained. We used the pool one time. They had flotation devices for small children which was perfect for us. Breakfast had options for a variety of needs. The food service staff? Excellent. I can’t leave an outstanding review for my stay because: the charcoal grill is an amenity, it is dated and needs replaced. I was disappointed. It’s usable but in bad shape internally. Some of the needed tools are broken so grilling is a frustration. It’s not cleaned and maintained by the hotel staff so you have to clean it yourself (which we did). Also, our bathtub wasn’t draining well. I ask the front desk to send someone to fix it. She happily did this. Housekeeping was supposed to come every other day during our stay but they didn’t. We had to call for the items needed. Overall, we had a good stay. Those things didn’t hinder the fun time we had and certainly wouldn’t be a reason to check out and go elsewhere. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, breakfast included, and right on the beach. We enjoyed those things. One final thing, parking isn’t free here. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would stay again."

"Condo was very nice and had a balcony view of the ocean. My only complaint is there were a few small things that probably needed attention. The outdoor GFCI outlet was non-functional and the kitchen sink and shower head were both pretty loose, these are just nitpicky things though. Over all, the property was great and had a very convenient location. Pool was clean and all door codes worked perfectly, Beach access made the stay very nice as well. We will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice quiet stay right on the beach!"

"This was one of the best vacations I have ever taken. All my children 8,8, 14 and 15 were happy. Plenty to do and with in walking distance. Gas station next door, Publix 1 mile away. The pools are amazing. Bay was nice, even had a tiny beach area. Wish I brought fishing rods. Beach was right across the road but we used the bridge and walked over the road . The unit was better then expected, everything needed was there. Washer and Dryer was so nice. I was able to wash out beach towels. If your thinking of staying DO IT."
