「We had a great stay! The house was clean and spacious. Loved the outdoor setup.」

「We had a great vacation! The house and pool were very nice! Very close to the beach and all the restaurants!!」

「This home is very close to the trolley and that is a wonderful resource. The layout of the home is great! Many sleeping arrangements available. Nice kitchen space and bathrooms are nice. My only complaints are there weren’t enough blankets for our family. There were 2 large comforters in the kids room closest but one had dried up blood/snot on it and it was too nasty to use. The sheet on the pull out couch also had a small amount of blood. It looked cleaned, probably just stained but that did...

「The views were wonderful, even with stormy days while we were there.」

「Great」

「This is a great property for a family. The pool, pier and dock gave us lots of options of things to do in addition to being a short walk to the beach. Most of the homes in this area are year round residents so the beach was never crowded and the street was quiet. House has everything you need. Beautiful interiors and every bedroom having a bath made it even more comfortable. It could use a refresh on the pots and pans as they’re getting pretty beat up but the kitchen had everything we needed....

「715 Ariola was perfect for our large family. Cherie was very accommodating. This house has been lived in and feels welcoming. Do not expect a perfect, pristine atmosphere. This place is made for fun. The location is ideal and the amenities are perfect for families and kids.」

「The stairs were biggest problem as I am 75 but we took bottom level so we didn't have to carry bags up steps the one sand dune going to beach was a chore worked well with families being separate areas」

「Was very clean inside beds were super comfortable but pillows were a little too hard for me.Our host was fabulous and very attentive to anything we needed.」

「This is our second stay and it was as good as the first. The host is always quick to respond day or night. The house has everything needed for a great stay and it is situated in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. I love the bed and actually looked at the tag on the comforter to find the brand and have one ordered. The house is clean and you can’t go wrong with staying here. I highly recommend it! 」

「Very cute place, cozy, worth the money. Great location」

「Great property and extreme bang for your buck value. Very spacious open living room concept and additional sleeping possibilities. Will definitely use again for next Pensacola vacation.」
