「Really great location with all of the amenities! 」

「We enjoyed our stay. Beach was great. Chair service was excellent. Close to restaurants.」

「The location was perfect! Barely a five minute walk and you are at the water. We fully enjoyed our stay here, even got to see the Blue Angels fly over! Wifi works great, very spacious shower, and the beach theme is just so cute. The host was very quick to any questions I had as well. Highly recommend this stay for a nice get beach get away.」

「We had an excellent stay! The condo had everything we needed and the location is perfect. It’s a short walk or drive to both Pensacola beach Gulf side and Pensacola Bay. It’s also a quick drive to Gulf Islands National Seashore. Would absolutely stay here again. 」

「Excellent side view of beach. Very spacious and clean. Only downfall, sectional does not open up as a sleeper so my girls had to sleep on different areas of the sofa which was fine for them but can be a little misleading for some. 」

「I would say that the condo is in a great location with a restaurant and convenient store across the street. There was plenty of parking, a great view of the beach, and it was very clean. With that said, when we got their we weren’t given access code to the door, just gate which isn’t terrible but I immediately had to call again because the internet and tv service weren’t running. The hot water heater was broken so you had to take a shower in about 7 minutes and hope no one had to take one behind...

「The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. It was inconvenient for us to have to...
