Construction Update - Please Read - The project is going to be undergoing repairs to replace doors and windows in all units starting around October 27th, 2025, and will be ending around May 8th, 2026. This unit's doors and windows will be replaced and completed by 12-5-25. However, there will be construction at the complex until the end date noted. Pool and Hot tub area will remain open

We have a deeded covered parking space in the garage which is awesome to protect against the Florida heat and rain. Because our condo is on the top floor and where it is located in the building, we don't have neighbors on any side or above us. This unit is quiet.

Sleeps up to 8 - the condo has a king bed in one bedroom, and a queen bed and twin daybed with trundle in the other bedroom, and brand-new gel mattress queen sleeper couch - offering a wide variety of sleeping arrangements for up to eight people.

Full kitchen with new KitchenAid appliances with dining area that seats eight makes mealtime easy. Open living spaces with amazing views and large lanai with all new living room and patio furniture makes it an enjoyable place for relaxing with friends & family.

Two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, the other with a tub and shower combination.

The complex has elevator access on every floor and the condo is all on one level. Our condo is set up to be easy and welcoming and to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay and return home relaxed and with a lifetime of great memories.

Pool and Hot tub over-look the Gulf of Mexico. Lower-level bathroom makes it convenient for the days you are enjoying beach or pool area. Sunrises on the balcony - Sunsets in the sand.

NAS is now opened back up to the public or short drive into Ft Pickens National Park to watch Air Show practices Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Trolly stop in front of our building (only runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day) for easy access to Boardwalk area for food and entertainment or short drive/uber ride downtown Pensacola for more restaurant & entertainment choices, etc.

**We have recently upgraded the wi-fi to a higher speed, installed a wi-fi extender, and also had internet company fix a connectivity issue.
