「Ive been to Pensacola about a million times, but never stayed in East Hill. This location is perfect for a getaway especially if you are bringing your dog. Theres a Publix a half mile away and a dog park with a beach about a mile away up 16th. The neighborhoods are beautiful, downtown is a 4 minute drive. Pensacola Beach is only about a ten minute drive from here, and the traffic was never bad. I will stay here again if I get the opportunity. The home was well stocked with everything i needed,...

「The place was clean enough when we walked in, but quickly noticed that there was only cold water running in the bathroom. It was hot a sticky in the bedrooms because there is no air conditioning. They only have one wall unit in the TV room with no AC units in the bedrooms. So after not getting to take a shower after a long day of travel, I sweated all night then didn’t get to take a shower before leaving.」

「Joan was accommodating and super sweet and down to earth. The loft was comfortable, I’m old so it was harder to climb the ladder lol. But it was nice and even able to get my daughter in a wheelchair in. Will stay again!」

「We were very happy with our stay. I have done a few Vrbo’s and this one had so much of everything you need. Lots of little extras. It was a property with 4 units. Everyone who stayed there had dogs and all hung out in the nice big yard! Lots of chairs, fire pit and a grill! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would stay here again! If you are looking for a place to go with a group and everyone wants their own space this it the place. Together but your own space!,,」
