Seaspray Condos - 114C
One King bed in the master bedroom and two Full beds in the guest bedroom. The living room also has a Sleeper Sofa allowing this unit to sleep up to 8 people. There is a 32" TV in the living room and in the master bedroom, as well as a 24" TV in the guest bedroom. This unit also includes two DVD players, blender, electric cutting knife, hand mixer, standard coffee maker, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryers and dryer rack. The master bathroom has walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Dogs and declawed cats only. There is a strict weight limit of 30 pounds per pet (there is a limit of two pets per condo). The pet fee is $25.00 per night, per pet. The pet fee is payable at check-in. All of the condos are townhouse-style. (Living area downstairs, bedroom/bathroom upstairs)
