「There were rude men on the dock ordering us around. They had nothing to do with our stay. The bar area was really cool and convenient however we didn't eat or drink there as we were totally ignored. We left and went to another place close by that had much better service. Too bad as we would have bellied up to that bar and ate and drank all day and night for the two days we spent there. 」

「We liked on how friendly and helpful the staff are. But the hotel itself needs renovation. Otherwise, everything else is good!」

「Place was nice and host was easy to contact and quick to respond. It’s location is convenient w Uber and the pool right outside was a hit a the kids. 」

「The apartment was clean and as described. There was an issue with the sliding glass door not locking. Communication was quick. The only issue I had was that they told me they would send someone in the morning. I said that won’t work. We ended up fixing it (slide both doors together) the response time for extra items to be delivered or any maintenance is the only downfall. I’m not sure if they have a maintenance crew on the grounds. 」

「It was a delay from them for our check in, but the manager step in and he was so nice and help us and the waiting was more pleasant, he even gave us a gift card from the hotel restaurant in compensation for this inconvenient. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful too. I Totally recommend this hotel.」
