"Room was great! Staff friendly. Bed comfortable. But the walls are paper thin and most rooms have adjoining doors and we could hear every word and move by the people next door. Other than that it was a good stay!"

"The first time we were checked into a dirty room, then we waited 20 minutes for them to find us a new room. The room was dirty, the shower was broken, and the hotel itself was very dirty. When we checked out before 11 a.m., we were asked about paying compensation."

"I paid almost 400 dollars for a one night stay!! That was the first problem..but needed room. The fridge in the room had mold inside it, we had aTV but no remote. There was coffee supplies no coffee maker. The sheets were dirty apon arrival with make up stains,boot prints and when it was brought to staffs attention only thing that was done was I was given new sheets to change myself! The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water from room above. There was silly string hanging from our ceiling, only one of the 2 lamps worked and only 2 outlets n the whole room worked! This is the worst hotel ever! Staff was rude when I asked to be compensated for it! They had no vending machine for water or snacks and wanted to charge you 3 bucks for a warm bottle of water and you could only pay cash! I was charged 30 dollars cash fee for 30 mins early check in! Plus 45 dollars to my card I have yet to figure out what is for. Place needs shut down!!"

"Since it's a large corporate property my expectation was that it would be similar to other properties that stayed. However it was quite surprising to see some type of soil stain on the bedspread, and the tiles in the bathroom coming up from the floor. But the next morning when it was time to take a shower, I was surprised to see that the shower head was not mounted to the wall just hanging like a hand shower. There was no place to put in to take a shower so I had to hold on to it the whole time. It was a bar got a hand shower you should be able to connect to, but there was no way to connect it and have it stay in place and then it was only 4 ft in the air. Being 6 foot tall, this was not ideal. The real kicker was after checking in I received a text telling me that I could respond if there were any issues so I sent pictures of the issues that I just mentioned, and never got a response."

"Good experience overall. Relatively clean but aged and worn carpet. Staff was friednly and attentive. Shout out to Sai for being very helpful. "

"Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were incongruous… one bed was very comfortable, while the other had a less comfortable, very springy-like mattress, but acceptable. Nice to have a microwave and mini refrigerator. Clean bathroom with adequate space and counters. Coffee & ice by the lobby was convenient. Front office staff was fairly friendly. AC/Heat & Fan unit easy to operate. The only negative was the strong smell of cleaning product (like Pine-Sol) that was eminent and noticeable during our entire stay (maybe somewhat less noticeable on Day 2, but still present). Would recommend highly, due to comfort, cleanliness, and cost!!"

"Restaurant was great. Room was clean but dated. Staff was very helpful and gracious especially with having our dogs with us. Provided a room that accomodated them and easy to take them out. Parking in back was also convenient."
