There were 4 of us in the room and we stayed for a total of 4 days. There was no placard to indicate privacy/service need in our room. We requested housekeeping on Day 2 - none happened. We had to request 4 more towels on Day 3 - still no housekeeping even though we requested at the desk and in a hand-written note. The room was fine and anyone at the desk was quick to accommodate, but the room never got cleaned during our whole visit. There were 4 ice machines in the building, but the only working one was on the second floor at the far end of the bldg. We were on the first floor. At least I got all my steps in!! Housekeeping was Disappointing.

After flying in and taking a nap, we were going to shower and noticed an odd smell in our bathroom. The shower and tub were filthy, there was water damage on the ceiling, and I have a mold sensitivity. There were also a few lights in our room that do not work. After going to the front to discuss the issues, the front desk guy offered another room for the night. We told him we wanted to check the room first. I'm glad we did, because the room door was actually left slightly open, and it looked like someone had just left it since there were dirty sheets. The bathroom was also dirty, and the ceiling in the hotel room itself was damaged. Not to mention it was a two queen bedroom, and an entire mattress was missing??? You can’t make this kind of stuff up. We went back to the front desk and let him know that we will be leaving in the morning and would like to cancel the rest of our booking. He said we have to speak to the manager in the morning. The manager never came, and even after we left, the front desk never connected us to them no matter how many times we called. Absolutely atrocious. And the refund process is insane… if you love horrible room conditions and the most unhelpful staff, you’ll love it here!

Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up

The rooms were clean, and the staff was extremely courteous, including Nick the hotel manager. I stayed 6 nights here, and would absolutely stay again. They had a variety of breakfast foods, and the rooms were priced very well. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, and quiet stay.

Bathroom was dirty. Sheets were in rough shape. Front desk staff either too lean or just not paying attention to people coming in. Breakfast area was not kept clean. No plates. Thought it was a coffee carafe with water by the instant oatmeal. Turned out to be cold water. Not marked. Parking was ample. No printed guide for tv channels. Tv remote was barely held together for one of our rooms-broke. Towels were dingy (not white) and sand paper like. Bathtub had the finish worn off inside the tub for both rooms. Tub nozzle leaked behind by the wall in one room.

Breakfast was advertised as a buffet breakfast. The breakfast was barely a continental breakfast. Basically cereal, bagels, toast, waffles, prepackaged muffins, bananas that were green, no other fruit and coffee. We were there at 8, breakfast was 7-10so it wasn't that we were there too late for breakfast.

This place was horrible! Beyond dirty, I could not stay here and when I called to cancel, which was several times, no one would pick up the phone or respond to emails. Only stay if here if your other choice is to live in your car, and the car still might be a better choice. You can smell the bacteria and you can see the grime. It's bad.
