Room was amazing. Breakfast was awesome. loved all the options. Everything was delicious. The Mimosa was top tier. The Overnight Auditor (Tall/solid AA gentleman) and Front Desk Attendant Steven who checked us out were beyond pleasant and welcoming. Also adored interacting with our breakfast attendant Emily. She was a real sweetie and was on top of things and pleasant in spite of some of the guests being obnoxious. Every visit to Cleveland moving forward will include a stay at this hotel.

Great stay

Staff were great, especially Riley! There was a musty smell in the hallways and the desk/table in our room had a board that was supposed to be attached to the wall but was propped up underneath instead. The shower was AMAZING!
